Michael has been moving his whole life. What started as a 6-year-old dancing at a family event turned into a career built on discipline and the belief that everyone deserves to feel strong in their body.
Music played at a family event. Michael and his cousin started dancing. Their parents saw something special and enrolled them in ballroom dance. A lifelong journey began.
Crowned national champion in ballroom dance. Over the next four years, Michael and his partner won 10+ national titles across Latin, Standard, and 10-dance, representing their country at many prestigious international championships and competitions.
While still competing at the highest level, Michael began coaching youth and competitive dancers. It wasn't long before he started teaching adults and complete beginners too, discovering that helping others move better was just as fulfilling as winning titles.
The German Open Championship was considered the most prestigious dance competition in the world. Hundreds of elite couples from every country. Michael and his partner became the first couple from their country ever to reach the semi-finals.
Dove deep into strength and resistance training to build a body that performs, not just one that looks good. What sets Michael apart is his relentless approach to self-improvement: constantly studying, experimenting, and refining his methods so he can push both himself and his students to impressive, real-world performance. His training philosophy merges power with flexibility, keeping the body strong, mobile, and injury-free for life.
Discovered freestyle jump rope and instantly saw the connection: dance artistry meets athletic performance. That same drive to master and elevate carried over. He built his own systematic training method, breaking down complex skills into steps anyone can follow. Within a year, people who watched him were asking to be taught.
Started sharing his skills online. 180+ original videos. Hundreds of messages from people around the world saying he was their reason to start training. Became a recognized name in the global jump rope community.
Co-founded the international brand WINZ with a partner who became a close friend, united by a shared mission. Together, they created Jump Rope Secrets Unlocked, a jump rope course, and built Health in Motion, a community for people who are ready to feel good in their body again. Everything Michael has learned, tested, and lived is now in one place, and you're invited in.

You'll need a jump rope for the cardio sessions. We also sometimes use light dumbbells and a resistance band, but you can absolutely start with just your body. Water bottles instead of dumbbells. A broomstick instead of a band. Whatever you have works.
We'll also suggest links for equipment when you're ready to level up.
